Dear Snow,
I went to knit group at Knaughty Knitter last night and we had a good group. Well, Alicja was there and she seems to get me in trouble sometimes. We don’t always behave as well as we should. Lots of interesting words thrown around and lots of laughing, so that’s a good thing. Meredith has gotten in new bags and you know what a Bag Ho I am. Well, I picked up one small sheep bag and my hands wouldn’t let go of it. I had no intention of buying it and you know I have many perfect sock bags, but I guess there is always that one more perfect bag. I had no choice but to purchase it since I’m not a thief and had not control over my hands clutching it so tightly. Not only that, but the bags were made in the Smoky Mountains, so there you have it. I know you understand and I thank you for that. 😉
Joe was very happy to hear from you, but thought it was kind of mean that you showed him the picture of your delicious looking strawberry shortcake. I had to give him an extra treat because of that. He really enjoyed his special canned dog food on his birthday. As you know, Joe loves to eat special foods. I’m sure if he didn’t run around like a crazy doggie, he would have a weight problem. Anyway, we are both glad that you had fun picking and eating the strawberries. Sounds like you are happy living in that northern state. 🙂
Hugs, Royce
P.S. Your fellow knitters always ask about you and miss you.
Q – Love that bag! Who is the creator? BTW – one of my favorite BBC shows is about two women friends who send actual letters back and forth (can’t remember the name of the program). This blog is like that.
The bag is made by a lady in East Tennessee. Sorry, but I have misplaced her card. The Knaughty Knitter in Murfreesboro, TN, carries some of her bags. Here’s the URL for the shop: http://knaughtyknitter.typepad.com/ So glad you are enjoying our blog! It’s a great way for Snow and Royce to keep in touch. 🙂
Q – Thanks for the link. 😎
