Happy Easter, Snow!

Dear Snow,

Hope you have a happy Easter and hope the sun is shining.  It’s all gloomy here and rain is expected.  However, instead of grey for my Sky Scarf, I did a purple one, then realized, whoops, purple is for weather warnings and yellow is for Holidays.  So, I’ll tink it back and do it right.  No family Easter dinner here as half the family is in Florida for spring break.  Larry and I are having Ribeyes (your favorite), lobster tails, garlic mashed potatoes and Avocado Deviled Eggs.

Joe said to thank you for the kind words.  He is doing so well!  Yesterday, he took off fast to chase a motorcycle.  After that, he slowed down for the rest of the day.  His pain meds work great and I’m sure you’re right about the Benadryl to keep him from itching and leaving his bandage alone.  He loves taking his meds since I wrap them up in ham and turkey.  He goes to vet tomorrow to get his bandage changed.

Lexie, that “little white dog” is staying with us while Andrea and family are gone.  Joe pays very little attention to her and even lets her eat out of his food bowl.  I’m not certain that he thinks she is really a dog.  She looks like a little white puff ball.

Time for lunch and after that, Larry and I are going to bake some unleavened bread.  I’ll let you know how it turns out and tastes.  Tonight is the finale for “The Bible”.  Are you watching it?  Wonderful series!

Again, Happy Easter to you and all your family!

Hugs, Royce

About snowandroyce

Snow and Royce are friends. For a long time, Snow lived in a Southern state quite near Royce. Then Snow moved back home to the Northern land of her birth. They decided to start blogging just to keep in touch because email, Facebook, and other forms of digital communication just aren't quite enough. Royce has a dog named Joe. She likes miniatures, knitting, her grandchildren, vodka, and gadgets in no particular order. Snow likes knitting, miniatures, and would like to be a voracious reader, if only she could stay awake.
