I’m Back……

Dear Snow,

There’s no place like home!  So glad to be back and thanks for keeping our blog going while I was away.  Actually, I’m mostly home, but part of my poor little brain isn’t.  I’ll be fine soon.  Mom’s service was really quite nice and, in the words of Forrest Gump, “that’s all I have to say about that”.

Sure wish we had a Horrock’s here.  I envy  you that, but don’t want your colder weather.  Andrea and I escaped while in Florida and spent a couple of hours at Siesta Key Beach.  It was just perfect – not too hot, soft cool sand and lots of sunshine.  Even though I’m not a beach person, I think I could become one quite easily.  Never too old to change, you know.

My Rainy Days and Wooly Dogs sock yarn arrived today.  It’s so, so soft and I’m really looking forward to knitting with it.  The color is Wine ’em and Dine ’em.

Wine 'em and Dine 'em

Larry and I are going out to eat and then I will head to knitting group. I haven’t been in a couple of weeks. I’ll tell them all “hi” from you.

Thanks for the reminder about “Touch”.  I have it set to record and will enjoy watching Keifer again.  🙂

Hugs, Royce

About snowandroyce

Snow and Royce are friends. For a long time, Snow lived in a Southern state quite near Royce. Then Snow moved back home to the Northern land of her birth. They decided to start blogging just to keep in touch because email, Facebook, and other forms of digital communication just aren't quite enough. Royce has a dog named Joe. She likes miniatures, knitting, her grandchildren, vodka, and gadgets in no particular order. Snow likes knitting, miniatures, and would like to be a voracious reader, if only she could stay awake.
