Salmon Deliciousness

Dear Snow,

I think this is the Salmon Glaze you liked the best:

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

Put Glaze on salmon and broil until flaky.

Here’s the other one:  Apricot & Country Mustard Salmon

1/4 cup Apricot preserves

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper.

Bake at 400 until flaky – about 20 minutes.

Hmmm…..  I’m getting hungry now.  Note to self:  Go to the grocery and buy fresh salmom.

Oh – today, my Sky Scarf row will be two blue strands.  It’s about time!

Hugs, Royce

About snowandroyce

Snow and Royce are friends. For a long time, Snow lived in a Southern state quite near Royce. Then Snow moved back home to the Northern land of her birth. They decided to start blogging just to keep in touch because email, Facebook, and other forms of digital communication just aren't quite enough. Royce has a dog named Joe. She likes miniatures, knitting, her grandchildren, vodka, and gadgets in no particular order. Snow likes knitting, miniatures, and would like to be a voracious reader, if only she could stay awake.
