WELCOME TO OUR NEW BLOG. WELCOME TO A NEW YEAR.

Good morning, Royce.

It was 13 degrees this morning when I got up, with the promise of a high temperature of 21 degrees . Nice clear blue sky now. It’s a good day to start a new scarf—the Sky Scarf. I just need to assign each color to the sky.  Any suggestions? I also need to wind the yarn. I should get on that sometime today.

About snowandroyce

Snow and Royce are friends. For a long time, Snow lived in a Southern state quite near Royce. Then Snow moved back home to the Northern land of her birth. They decided to start blogging just to keep in touch because email, Facebook, and other forms of digital communication just aren't quite enough. Royce has a dog named Joe. She likes miniatures, knitting, her grandchildren, vodka, and gadgets in no particular order. Snow likes knitting, miniatures, and would like to be a voracious reader, if only she could stay awake.

Love that it is snowing on the blog, too! What will be black represent? Really dark and stormy? The days you forgot to knit the sky scarf and waited until after dark?

Black will definitely be dark and stormy. I hadn’t considered that it could represent days I forget to knit until after dark…but I mostly knit after dark. I’ll have to make that an alternative choice. Thanks for the suggestion. ~Snow

    Q – Love the colors. I still haven’t decided if I’ll knit a Sky Scarf. 😎
